Soundtracks

Soundtracks is an open access programme of quality music activity across Bolton and Blackburn with Darwen, which runs music making opportunities for young people in youth centres, and connect young people from the age of 12 with new musical pathways and progression routes.

The Soundtracks programme particularly supports young people who face barriers to music making and those experiencing challenging circumstances in their lives.

Partnership in Bolton

Bolton Music Service seeks out children in difficult circumstances by liaising with local head teachers to provide musical opportunities, whatever the challenges may be. We work with a range of partners who provide specialist support for children and families in challenging circumstances and we work with a number of charities to provide financial support and bursaries where they are needed.
